JOB DESCRIPTION
Idea generation & copywriting
Create executional ideas based on given direction for social in different formats: text, video, image, podcast for internal and external communication.
Be able to write in different styles/mood and tone: witty, touching, funny, thoughtful,...
Stay up-to-date of social trends and behaviors to apply them in the content details.
Suggest and implement new features to develop content direction.
Work closely with art team to make sure all materials will be aligned with the concept and demonstrate the right mood and tone of the content.
Edit simple video by phone (Tiktok video, Facebook / Instagram reels).
Fanpage management / KPI management
Tracking and reporting on social media responses by analyzing traffic to the platform.
Fanapage management: reply message, comments...
Other task assigned by line manager
REQUIREMENTS
Experience
At least 1.5 years of experience in similar role in agency or client side is required.
Experience in social content writing.
Knowledge and skills
Understand social media as your daily life.
Know how to work well with the design team to create visuals for various social media platforms.
Catch the trends on social media and know how to apply them to best suit for brand.
Open to receive feedback and willing to learn and improve.
Strong writing skill in Vietnamese.
Have basic skills in video editing by phone is a plus.
Experience and knowledge in Life Insurance market is a plus.

Contact and interview agent to develop contents from in-depth article to testimonial materials.
Writing and editing content for articles, social media content.
Assisting the project team in developing content for assigned campaigns, activities or events.
Supporting the team to deliver engagement activities to support sales and recruitment on the ground.
Work with AD Communication, Digital team to implement branding corner for top producers.
Coordinate and follow-up for assigned initiatives (if any).
REQUIREMENTS
College or Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, English, journalism, or related field.
Experienced in content writing.
Ability to generate new ideas of engagement and activities to support sales and recruitment.
Excellent writing and editing skills.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication skills.
