JOB DESCRIPTION
Contact agents and interview excellent consultants to develop content from in-depth articles and testimonials.
Plan content writing and editing, simple video editing, and build and curate content across social media platforms.
Support the project team in developing content for motivational campaigns, activities or events that engage people.
Support the team to provide ideas about activities and events to support the company's sales and recruitment departments.
Work with advertising communication team, digital team to deploy image building and upload data for top consultants on Pruforce application.
Coordinate and monitor the specified initiatives (if any)
REQUIREMENTS
College or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Communications, Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in content creation.
Having knowledge of Finance, Insurance, Banking, Administration is an advantage.
Ability to generate new ideas, manage time and plan well.
Good adaptability to the environment, hardworking, and professional in all situations.
Good communication skills, sales mind-set, content building on social networks.

JOB DESCRIPTION
This position
is created to bring great experience to all of Prudential's employees and
candidates with a consistent and dynamic Prudential's image following the
Employer Value Proposition of PVA.
Provide
the artwork to the highest standards for different types of communication plan
and segmentation
Design
key visual and all merchandised layouts from briefs (for digital social channel
& website, internal channels & events, POSM) and ensure all is aligned
with Employer Value Proposition and complied with Corporates branding guideline
Create
simple video
Support
team in managing & executing video production, graphic design
Develop
creative image solutions by obtaining understanding of market/industry needs
Maintain
close working relationship with other departments for required information
Other tasks as assigned by line manager
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
Colleague or University degree
Knowledge and skill:
Competence in all design software such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, HTML (Knowing Adobe Premier Pro would be an advantage)
Creative thinking
Commissioning illustration and photography and ability to provide conceptual solutions
Be multi-tasking
