JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Graphic Designer within the Design team, you will be responsible for executing design projects and working closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Merchandising teams. This role requires strong visual design skills, a solid understanding of branding and product commercialization, and the ability to create designs that align with the client's vision while pushing creative boundaries.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute the design process from concept to final delivery across various projects (2D mock-ups, packaging designs, 2D concepts and visuals, social media posts, digital artworks, etc.).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and deliver innovative design solutions that meet branding and client requirements.
Support the preparation of slide presentations and product spec sheets for Sales, Marketing, and client-facing materials.
Present and clearly communicate design concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
Stay up to date with design trends and apply them to projects where relevant.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and contribute to consistent, cohesive brand messaging across all channels.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
At least 03 years of graphic design experience
Strong command of business English (equivalent to IELTS 6.5+)
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Strong portfolio covering packaging, branding, promotional, and digital design
Creative mindset with attention to detail and organizational skills
Hand sketching ability is a big plus
Knowledge of manufacturing, materials, and printing methods is preferred
Reference checks will be conducted during the final stage of the recruitment process, with the candidate's consent
