JOB DESCRIPTION
I - GENERAL FUNCTION:
This
position is responsible for developing and executing branding and communication
strategies, managing internal and external communications, and overseeing
assigned digital platforms (website, LinkedIn) to ensure a professional and
consistent corporate image for Pacific Cross Vietnam (PCV).
This
position also manages all marketing collateral (content & design), produces
graphic and video materials to support communication and branding initiatives,
and works closely with internal teams, partners, and vendors to ensure
high-quality, on-brand, and timely deliverables.
II - DUTIES &
RESPONSIBILITIES
1.
Branding & Communication Strategy
·
Develop and execute annual
branding and communication plans aligned with PCV's corporate strategy and
marketing objectives.
·
Ensure brand positioning
is consistent across all communication channels and touchpoints.
·
Monitor market trends and
competitor branding activities to propose improvement initiatives.
2.
Digital Platforms Management
·
Manage and optimize
content on PCV's website (English & Vietnamese) and LinkedIn page, ensuring
updates are timely, accurate, engaging, and SEO-friendly.
·
Coordinate with IT and
external vendors to ensure smooth website functionality and content
integration.
·
Propose new ideas for
enhancing PCV's online brand presence and audience engagement.
3.
Marketing Collateral Management
·
Oversee the creation,
review, and maintenance of marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers,
product sheets, infographics, posters, and presentations.
·
Ensure all materials meet
brand guidelines in terms of tone, message, design, and layout.
·
Conduct regular reviews to
update content and visuals in line with product changes, market needs, and
compliance requirements.
4.
Creative Design & Multimedia Production
·
Design and produce graphic
and video content for corporate branding, marketing campaigns, and internal
communication.
·
Manage the creative
process from concept development to final delivery, ensuring high-quality
output and alignment with project timelines.
·
Work with photographers,
videographers, and agencies when required to produce professional content.
5.
Cross-Functional & Partner Collaboration
·
Work closely with internal
departments to create communication materials for product launches, corporate
updates, and employee engagement programs.
·
Liaise with brokers,
agents, and business partners to provide customized branding and marketing
support.
·
Ensure all partner-facing
materials reinforce PCV's professional image and market positioning.
6.
Event & Internal Communication Support
·
Assist in planning and
executing branding-related activities within events such as product launches,
corporate functions.
·
Manage visual branding
elements (booth design, banners, backdrops, presentation slides) to ensure
strong brand impact during events.
·
Support HR-related events
and activities such as employee engagement programs, ESG events, and company
celebrations, ensuring alignment with PCV's culture and brand identity.
7.
Marketing Asset Library Management
·
Maintain a well-organized
and easily accessible library of marketing materials, templates, and brand
assets.
·
Track usage and ensure
only the latest, approved versions are in circulation.
REQUIREMENTS
·
Bachelor's degree in
marketing, business administration or relevant field
·
4-5 years' experience in
branding, marketing communications, or digital content management.
·
Good content writing skills (English &
Vietnamese) and visual design abilities.
·
Thorough understanding of social media and
web analytics
·
Outstanding communication
(written and verbal) skills and interpersonal abilities
·
Creativity and commercial awareness
·
Good at organizational, planning, multi-tasked
problem-analysis and problem-solving skills
·
Good understanding of market research
techniques, statistical and data analysis methods
