Responsibilities
Job Description
Support team in all activities of learning and development activities, including:
Primary task: Support Learning Guilds in
purchasing learning logistics and merchandises
Perform organizing tasks for training sessions, including but not limited to, book calendar, arrange room, handle attendance and collect feedback in Learning Management System, input data, create reports,...
Handle L&D internal services and programs as internship management, training payment process,...
Other administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
For 3rd/4th year students or fresh graduates, minimum part-time/full-time 6-month internship commitment in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or related major
Having interests and passion for HR, especially Learning and Development
Having experience in Learning and Development is a plus
Having good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
Have full skill practices and applications of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email
Being customer-oriented, friendly, patient, proactive, organized and highly responsible
Having experience in organizing training and/or virtual training tools as Zoom is a plus
