The position:
As an Intern Product Operations, you will play a vital role in supporting the Product Operations team in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of product operations initiatives. You will gain valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of product operations, including product data management, process optimization, and project coordination.
What You Will Be Doing:
Product Data Management:
Assist in developing the SKU Product Library (including SKU information, CPQ flow, SKU change tracking) and maintaining and updating product data in SFDC
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across various product channels.
Collect and analyze Product Ops team performance via Jira board.
Assist in the development NPI Leaderboard.
Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings.
Process Optimization:
Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements.
Analyze and report on process performance metrics.
Project Coordination:
Support product operations projects by providing administrative and organizational assistance.
Track project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
General Support:
Provide general administrative support to the Product Operations team.
Assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
What We Need From You:
Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or Data Science.
Fluent in English.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A passion for cyber security products and a desire to learn and grow.
