The C&B Intern will support the HR Division in compensation, benefits, and employee policy-related activities to ensure accuracy, transparency, and efficiency in HR data management.
What you will do
Update and maintain employee records, labor contracts, and related HR data;
Provide timely support and responses to C&B-related employee inquiries;
Assist with PIT registration and support annual PIT finalization for employees and their dependents;
Provide administrative support in payroll, benefits, and other C&B tasks as needed;
Participate in internal team activities, HR projects, and company events;
What you will need
Minimum Qualifications:
Final-year university student (expected to graduate before Oct 2025) or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related majors;
Available to work full-time (on-site);
Basic understanding of Labor Law, Social Insurance, PIT, and C&B concepts;
Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR/C&B;
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word);
Good communication and problem-solving skills;
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
Customer service mindset, reliable, and proactive;
Willingness to learn, adapt, and support the team;
Personal characteristics:
Integrity and ownership: Able to acknowledge mistakes and improve fast;
