What You Will Do
This role focuses on creating a great working environment for our employees, and in turn, driving productivity, improving services, innovating, aiding retention, and creating a great employer brand to attract new talent.
Assist HRBP Manager - Employee Engagement in designing and delivering workforce employee engagement strategy
Work closely with internal stakeholders and other HR sub-functions in rolling out initiatives to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention of employees
Support the design and administration of employee surveys and provide real-time reporting, feedback and tracking of Action Plans
Collaborate with internal Communications & Marketing team to organise internal engagement events
Coordinate and organise team engagement events for different departments or business teams based on their specific needs and team dynamic
Seek technological enhancements and innovations to make employee engagement initiatives more accessible and user-friendly
Keep up to date with the contemporary communication and employee engagement good practices and frameworks to ensure the competitiveness of such programs in the company
Take part in or take lead on specific projects assigned by the direct manager
Perform other related job responsibilities as assigned
What You Should Have
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Public Relations/Human Resources/Business Administration or relevant fields
2-3 years of experience in marketing, workforce engagement or internal communication
Competency
Good analytical thinking skills
Highly organised, with strong project and event management skills, including the ability to work towards tight deadlines
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
Strong digital skills
Team player mentality and comfortable operating within a matrixed environment
Good business acumen
Creative and an out-of-the-box thinker
Personality attributes
High sense of responsibility
Agile and flexible
Passionate about making a positive difference for both organisations and people
Can-do attitude
