JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary: The Creative Planner in AppROI is in charge of creating the digital-led communication plan for clients' campaigns. A typical plan includes category research, target audience analysis, sought-after insight, proposition suggestion, channel approach, and single-minded message.
The Creative Planner will be involved in close and direct conversations with a number of clients and will present the final proposal to them in a persuasive and appealing way.
To be clear, we are seeking a Creative Planner, not a Strategic Planner. The basic difference is that a Creative Planner must be involved in campaign executions and the creative processes, whereas a Strategic Planner masters branding strategy and brand development.
Job Description
Take and discuss the client brief directly with clients for clarification and identify their specific business needs/ problems;
Dig deeply into category and competitor landscape to figure out conventions as well as untouched need states;
Understand target audience, look for bullseye customers, and find out their insight based on primary or secondary research methods;
Initiate campaign propositions that stay true to brand/product role and stay unique in the respective category.
Develop a communication roadmap, including task-based phases, content flow, creative requirements, and channel suggestions;
Collaborate with Creativees such as graphic designers, copywriters, and product designers to produce creative assets, content demo, and tactical ideas to meet deliverable requirements;
Synergize and finalize the proposal, making it coherent, well-organized, and appealing;
Supervise process of creative execution such as video production, key visual development, content creation...
REQUIREMENTS
Be an apprentice in planning with at least 1-year relevant experience
Passionate about data analysis, strategy, creativity, and how to blend them all beautifully.
Be an insight-go-to guy who loves getting to know the people and the surroundings with curiosity and empathy.
Have a keen eye on advertising campaigns out there and always eager to find out the strategic and creative process to create them.
Fluent in English writing and speaking.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Support in handling briefs and managing the project's scope of work.
Support administrative tasks: set up meetings, checking, records, contracts, paperwork, etc.
Work with both internal (Operation, Creative, Strategy team) and external (Vendors) to produce the best outputs
Support Internal team to prepare reports for clients.
Responsible for building & maintaining relationships with clients for gross sales.
REQUIREMENTS
Fresh Graduate/ Final year student
Study background of Communications/PR/Media/Marketing...
Career orientation in Account Planning/ Strategic Planning. Good at English.
