Job Description
Performing daily accounting tasks:
+ following and checking on bank transactions, payment transfers, receivable and payable;
+ issuing VAT invoices & collecting invoices;
+ storing documents and inputting data into accounting software.
Reconciling financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Preparing accurate and timely monthly financial statements in accord with VAS and all other prevailing laws including Tax laws, government laws, and other regulations, such as rolling cashflow statements/forecasts, project status reports of actual vs budget, yearly balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other periodic and ad-hoc internal reports to BOD;
Checking and ensuring all contracts with vendors and clients are consistent; keeping track of all the contracts in filling properly;
Following and controlling the revenue and cost of each project; ensuring it is within budget;
Performing monthly reconciliation of debtors, creditors, and bank balances, audit schedule report. Investigate possible discrepancies and if needed, follow up on outstanding items;
Preparing Tax declaration and finalization (VAT, CIT, FCT, PIT, WHT,...);
Managing external relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, banks, and relevant government organizations relating to accounting and finance matters;
Keeping policies and procedures up to date and in line with Vietnamese changes in laws related to tax/vat/etc. Developing new ones if required and ensure FS complies with company procedures related to finance/accounting.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or other analytical disciplines
Highly responsible, and mature, with great communication and writing skills in both Vietnamese and English
Advance knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards and the prevailing tax regulations
Minimum 1 years of experience in tax accounting, general accounting, or a similar position
Experience in the accounting/audit service company is a strong plus
Understanding of accounting procedures and standards
Proficient in the use of accounting software and excellent in computer skills, especially MS Excel
Chief Accountant certificate is preferred
Careful, patient, have a great sense of high responsibility at work

Well-coordinating with different stakeholders
Strong at problem-solving and logical thinking;
