JOB DESCRIPTION
Conduct market research about technology solutions across various industry: consumer goods, finance, healthcare, etc
Analyse the feature and functionality of those technology solution and the market gap in technology adoption
Prepare presentation slides about company product and service
Analyze customer requirements in both technical view and end-user view
Review requirements with team members
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to business analysis and recommend innovative approaches for continuous improvement.
Manage a schedule to ensure work to be identified, assigned and completed on time
REQUIREMENTS
Excellent English (write, read, speak and listen)
Able to do secondary research on the technology solutions and conduct user interviews to learn more about user requirement
Strong ability in preparing slide deck and writing social media posts
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
Experienced in JavaScript, HTML/CSS and testing is a plus
