JOB DESCRIPTION
We
are looking for young professionals with high attention to details and a
passion for delivering high-quality accounting work.
As
a Junior Accountant at RBA Vietnam, you will have the opportunity to gain
experience in all areas of accounting from simple entity types to complex
entity groups.
You
will be responsible for tasks related to accounting and payroll including:
•
Perform issuing of invoices and tracking payment from
client;
•
Perform data entry for AR, AP to accounting software;
•
Account/ bank reconciliations;
• Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income
statements and prepare unaudited financial statements according to legal and
financial guidelines;
•
Assist with payroll administration;
•
Declare Social Insurance, submit Tax filling, etc.;
•
Liaise with Authorities;
•
Liaise with external auditor;
•
Support client and other tasks assigned by manager.
REQUIREMENTS
•
University graduate, majoring in Accounting/ Finance;
•
1-2 years experience in a similar capacity;
•
Excellent organizing abilities;
•
Having knowledge of IFRS;
•
Good understanding of accounting and financial
reporting principles and practices;
•
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with
relevant accounting software (e.g., XERO);
•
Being flexible and able to work independently but also
in group;
•
Good English skills - written competency and verbal
skills are highly recommended.
