Assist recruiters in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
Conduct initial candidate outreach and schedule interviews.
Support in resume formatting, shortlisting, and candidate profile preparation.
Maintain and update candidate in team database
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, eager to learn, and a strong team player.
