Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern at AsiaLabs. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting with HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management tasks.
Qualifications
Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
Experience in implementing HR policies and managing employee benefits
Personnel Management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
3rd or 4th year students or recent graduates majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, etc.
Passionate and eager to develop in the HR field.
Good communication skills, careful, proactive at work.
Proficient in Google Sheets, Excel, Word, priority given to candidates who know how to use data management tools.
Can intern for at least 3 months.
