Sunrise Events Vietnam (SEV) is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic HR Intern - who will support the Human Resources team in daily operations, with a primary focus on recruitment, internal communication, and HR administrative tasks. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop a solid understanding of key HR practices in a dynamic working environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment (40%)
Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various positions.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Support onboarding activities and collecting necessary documents of new hires.
2. Internal Communication & Engagement (40%)
Collaborate with different teams to plan and organize internal events and employee activities.
Support in drafting and publishing internal communication content (emails, announcements, etc.).
Contribute ideas to enhance employee engagement and company culture initiatives.
3. Compensation & Benefits (C&B) (20%)
Help track and manage employee benefits programs, such as insurance, leave policies, and other benefits.
Support C&B in collecting, reconciling contractor data for contract & PIT.
Skills and qualifications:
Final-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, English or related majors.
Practical experience through similar internships is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively across teams.
Excellent command of the English language.
Basic understanding of Human Resources principles.
Creative mindset and enthusiasm for organizing internal engagement activities
Interest and passion for Human Resources or Events.
