Job Description:
As the Operations Intern, you will be part of the operations team and responsible for assisting the manager and senior staff by performing administrative and entry-level duties Additionally, you will be a great asset to the growth of the Vietnamese market.
Responsibilities:
Facebook and LinkedIn communication with potential prospects based on available scripts;
Supporting the Sales team daily such as uploading daily leads and preparing necessary documents for customers;
Reach out to potential partners through company's social platform;
Support other the operation task performed by the Operations team;
Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed;
Report to the Operations team lead.
Qualifications:
Ability to adapt and thrive in a start-up environment;
Able to work full-time in 6 months;
Major in Business or Marketing, no working experiences required;
Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal & written);
Can-do attitude, urge in learning and development;
Eloquent in English and Vietnamese;
Highly organized and disciplined;
Communicate effectively with all levels of executives within an organization;
Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel;
Ability to multitask.
