ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Content Creation & Production
Create trend-driven, UGC-style content tailored for social media platforms, particularly TikTok.
Develop creative concepts, scripts, and storyboards aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
Produce and edit mobile-first video content optimized for social platforms.
Execute lightweight open shoots at existing client or approved locations while ensuring efficient production quality.
Stay up to date with social media trends, creator culture, platform features, and emerging content formats.
2. Social Content Execution
Support the publishing of videos produced in this role on the client's TikTok channel within the agreed monthly production scope.
Collaborate closely with Creative, Account, Strategy, and Production teams to ensure content is delivered on time and meets campaign requirements.
Ensure all creative assets maintain strong storytelling, visual consistency, and platform best practices.
Monitor content performance and provide recommendations to optimize future creative outputs.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
To thrive as a Social Media Content Creator at TBWA\Group Vietnam, you should combine creativity with a deep understanding of social platforms and digital culture.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience creating social media content, preferably within an advertising agency, creative agency, or content production environment.
Proven experience producing TikTok, Instagram Reels, or other short-form video content.
Experience planning and executing lightweight content shoots using mobile devices or compact production equipment.
A portfolio demonstrating strong storytelling, social-first thinking, and content performance.
Skills:
Strong understanding of TikTok trends, creator economy, memes, and platform best practices.
Excellent content ideation, scripting, shooting, and editing skills.
Proficiency with mobile editing tools and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar software).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple content pieces simultaneously.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about experimenting with new creative ideas.
