E-COMMERCE PROJECT INTERN:
- Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of e-commerce projects targeting the Laos market
- Translate and localize product content and marketing materials (Vietnamese-Lao or English-Lao)
- Conduct market research on Laos's e-commerce landscape: consumer behavior, competitors, market trends
- Assist in operating e-commerce platforms or digital channels (Facebook, TikTok, local marketplaces, etc.)
- Work with the technical and marketing team to improve user experience and localization
- Contribute to building customer care workflows and communication scripts in Lao language
