Dentsu Sports Vietnam (DSV) is a newly established sports marketing specialized agency with specialists who's been working in Vietnam's football industry for more than 11 years. DSV's parent company Dentsu Inc. is an exclusive marketing partner of Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) since 2011 and been in partnership with Vietnam Professional Football (VPF) since 2012 too. As Football is a king of sports in Vietnam, our business is mainly based in football sponsorship and other related activities.
Dentsu Sports Vietnam, previously Sports Department of Dentsu X Vietnam, together with Dentsu Inc's Sport Division, Football Business Asia Department has been offering a full range of professional marketing services focused mainly in football in whole ASEAN region. We have been in the market for more than 9 years and became sports marketing specialized agency who holds exclusive marketing rights of the Vietnam National Teams.
Working time: Full-time from Monday to Friday, 8:30AM - 6:00PM
Location: Floor 4, Lim Tower 3, 29A Nguyen Dinh Chieu Street, Dakao Ward, Disctrict 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
FINANCE & ADMIN INTERN

JOB DESCRIPTION
Admin Task:
Support Admin about accommodation, visa, tickets, car etc. for customers, visitors & staff travel at the most reasonable costs and timely manner for approval.
Track and order office equipment and supplies
Collect supporting documents to process payment for office expenses.
Assist on admin/ad-hoc tasks such as staff birthday, company party/events etc
Other admisnistration tasks asigned by line manager.
Finance & Accounting Task:
Handle AP and AR tasks for booking transactions in accounting system.
Reconcile bank statements monthly.
Filling accounting files.
Process & scan contracts, liquidations.
Assist with the Tax declaration and finalization
REQUIREMENTS
Undergraduate with bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics (Accounting is preferable)
Expected to join 3-6 months.
Relevant working experience is an advantage.
Proactive and able to work under pressure to meet tight timelines
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
Good command of both spoken and written English.
Proficiency in MS office.
Working time: Full-time from Monday to Friday, 8:30AM - 6:00PM
Location: Floor 4, Lim Tower 3, 29A Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Dakao Ward, District 1, HCMC
