JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description:
· Floor plan and booth booking management.
· Execute show operation tasks by coordinating
with suppliers and contracts, and internal departments.
· Conduct show activity (preshow & at-show)
projects by coordinating with suppliers and contractors.
· Assist supervisor to arrange and do
administrative work.
· Assist supervisor to conduct Market research
to gain suppliers' & buyers' insight.
· Assist supervisor to do Market research &
develop Exhibitor & Visitor's DB for exhibitions / workshops / events.
· Assist supervisor to execute online and
offline marketing activities for the exhibition.
· Other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
· Bachelor's
degree required.
·
At least 1 years' experience in an events marketing role or similar.
International event exposure is an advantage.
·
Efficient and
effective teamwork.
· Excellent time
management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong
attention to detail, Customer-centric orientation
· Motivated
problem solver
· Good in both Vietnamese and English speaking
and writing
