Key Responsibility:
- Coordinate work and manage progress with third parties, suppliers...
- Support in preparing project paperwork documents: brief, quotation, contract, proposal, meeting minutes, etc.
- Coordinate with internal departments (creative, media, production, etc.) to schedule and support meetings.
- Record meeting minutes and update project progress, checklists and tracking tables...
- In addition, you will also follow the team during the working process and support your teammates.
Qualification/ Requirement:
Final-year students or fresh graduates in Communication, Marketing, Economics, or individuals with a strong interest in Marketing & Communication.
A proactive, ready-to-work attitude with high responsibility and eagerness to learn and improve.
Genuine interest in Influencer Marketing and the creator ecosystem.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Result-driven mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in computer skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools.
English requirement: Working proficiency.
