ClickMedia is seeking for MEDIA PLANNING
(DIGITAL) INTERN who will support and handle daily media digital planning and
execution and assist direct supervisor when needed.
Location: L9, Opal Tower, 92 Nguyen Huu Canh,
Ward 22, Binh Thanh District, HCMC, Vietnam
Type of employment: 6-month internship
Report to: Senior Media Manager
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Support media team in developing the digital media set-up campaign performance and learn how integrate all the set-up within the bigger communication strategies.
- Learn to use knowledge of the media landscape
and the role of each digital channels (Facebook, Google AdWords, [protected info]) to deliver the media digital performance
- Support media team in timely media performance tracking and reporting of campaign performance results which includes weekly reports, ad-hoc reports requested by the clients
- Support media team to drive media strategic and tactical
innovation across digital platforms, including display, video, search, mobile,
social and programmatic...
- Support media team to implement the media digital performance plan and
collaborate with media vendors, agency partners and internal teams such as Client Services and Strategy to ensure all media deliverables are met or launched ontime
- Evolve use of media measurement systems to provide
greater insight into the ROI of digital plans and ensure the media team delivers the digital performance on
agreed KPIs.
- Assist the media team in all aspects of
administration tasks in media planning
- Keep learning and developing media performance techniques and
industry knowledge
- Other tasks will be assigned by the line
manager / direct supervisor
REQUIREMENTS
WHAT YOU NEED
- Senior Student or a fresh-graduated with
passion for the digital media, digital performance
-Available for a minimum 6 months full-time
internship
- Good at English in both verbal and written
- Eyes for details, careful, good at Excel, sense of statistic figures, and data-driven mindset, result-oriented drive
- Ability to work under high pressure, handling
multiple projects with tight deadlines
- Have a hands-on attitude, willing to learn
new things / new innovations

ClickMedia is seeking for ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE who will provide a day-to-day client facing service to our
clients.

Report to: Account Director / Account Manager
What you will do

Build
good client rapport
·
Submit
agency work and conceptual ideas and get client approval
·
Present
and persuade clients to approve the proposal plan
·
Exercise
quality control over deliverables to achieve client's satisfaction.
· Send
effective and actionable communication to client and internal teams
· Write meeting
recaps, contact reports, status reports, follow up the implement progression
·
Provide
innovative content format solutions
·
Coordinate
with Strategy, Creative, Design, Content Team and Interactive team for digital production
·
Provide
promoting channels mix.
·
Negotiate
and manage KOLs
·
Develop
media plan.
·
Follow
up and follow through all required project-related paperwork.
·
Conduct
briefing session for social and tactical plan.
·
Create,
align, and manage production and campaign timeline
·
Manage
campaign performance, keep track of KPIs delivery, alert when there are signals
of KPIs under-delivery.
·
Produce
campaign reports with frequency as aligned with client.
·
Achieve
assigned business KPI
·
Escalate
issues to supervisor whenever it's necessary and back up team members during
his/ her absence.
REQUIREMENTS
What you need
-At least 1 year of experience in Digital and Social Marketing, and experience in account management
-Content writing experience is preferable
-Eyes for details, good organization skill, good interpersonal and analytic thinking skill, result-oriented.
-Fluent in English.
-Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
-Ability to presentation
