JOB DESCRIPTION
• Ability how to read, analyze and understand all details, notes & information on a
landscape construction field that is provided in drawings & specifications.
• Perform quantity take-off, tasks by counting number and measuring objects on
drawings. Provide cost and profit estimate of construction projects with precise
quantity. Coordinate with team members to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Must meet deadlines and stay late as required.

REQUIREMENTS
• Graduated from College/ University
• Must be able to speak, write and understand fluently English, TOEIC 550 or above
• Basic Math and Computer skills is required
• Ability to multi-task
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel ...)
• Able to work well under pressure and meet targets and deadlines.

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Review, maintain, develop new features request of existing applications
• Participate in software development activities such as designing, coding,
developing, testing, and debugging applications in various software languages
(ASP.NET MVC5, SQL software platforms)
• Set up IIS for hosting web-based application
• Analyze errors encountered by users to troubleshoot
• Create training procedures for each application
• Perform related other tasks if required
REQUIREMENTS
• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in IT Software, Computer Science.
• At least 3 years of application programming
• Master in programming languages: C#, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS,
BOOTSTRAP
• Realistic experience: LINQ, Store Procedure, analyze Database
• Be able to communicate in English
