Department: Services Accounting Singapore & Hong Kong
Internship Duration: 3 - 6 months
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Position Overview
The Full-Time Accounting Intern will support the Services Accounting Singapore & Hong Kong team in day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations and company policies. This role offers a hands-on learning experience in a dynamic, international environment, providing exposure to key areas of accounting, reporting, and financial administration.

Who Are We Looking For?
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Skills & Qualifications:
Understanding of accounting and international financial reporting principles (IFRS) and practices.
Good at English (both written and spoken).
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Xero, Eleven) is a plus.
Ability to work full-time and commit to the internship duration.

What Will You Do?
- Assist with Financial Records:
Support in recording, organizing, and maintaining financial data in accounting systems.
Assist in preparing financial reports, invoices, and expense records.
- Support Month-End Closing:
Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities.
Assist in bank reconciliation and accounts payable/receivable tasks.
- Ensure Compliance:
Help ensure transactions comply with internal policies and local accounting regulations.
Support document preparation for internal and external audits.
- Data Management:
Assist in updating and maintaining accounting records and documentation.
Support with data entry tasks and ensure information accuracy.
- Administrative Support
Provide general administrative assistance to the Accounting team.
Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors.
