Delivery Excellence
Manage the end-to-end executive search process, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
Conduct detailed client consultations to define role requirements and organizational needs.
Develop search strategies, leveraging data, market insights, and tools.
Assess candidates through interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure alignment with client expectations.
Maintain a high standard of quality and attention to detail in all search assignments.
Advisory & Insight-Driven Consulting
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on market trends, talent strategies, and organizational challenges.
Offer deep functional and industry knowledge, enabling clients to make hiring decisions.
Cultivate relationships with candidates, offering career advice and fostering long-term connections.
Industry Expertise & Networking
Stay informed on industry trends, leadership movements, and market shifts.
Build a strong network of senior professionals and thought leaders within targeted industries and functions.
People and Culture
Demonstrates values-aligned behaviors
Share knowledge and insights within the team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.

REQUIREMENTS
OR minimum 5 years of headhunting experience in Industrial and Engineering sectors at recruitment agencies
OR minimum 5 years of experience in B2B/Technical Sales/Business Development roles in Industrial and Engineering sectors
Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly adapt and learn.
A consultative mindset with advisory skills and keen attention to detail.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and demonstrate flexibility in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Ability to communicate well in English.

JOB DESCRIPTION
This role is demanding, diverse and involves:
using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies; visiting clients to build and develop positive relationships with them
developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment
advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a range of media, such as websites and social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships
headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work; using candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy
receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client; requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client
briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question
preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding suitable applicants; organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the client; informing candidates about the results of their interviews
negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between client and candidates; offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression
working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed, a value to be billed to clients or business leads generated
REQUIREMENTS
The role can be challenging, but also exciting as the profession is fast-paced, target driven and demanding. You will need to show evidence of the following:
