Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement the digital marketing strategy with specific objectives across various channels and target segments
Partner with the creative team to develop creative briefs and provide guidance on creative direction for digital advertising and communication initiatives
Analyse consumer insights, market trends, and best practices to build effective digital strategies and inform future digital marketing initiatives
Stay updated on the latest trends in the digital landscape, including technology advancements and emerging platforms
Manage and optimise digital content across various digital touchpoints to drive engagement and conversions
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives
Conduct performance analysis and utilise data-driven insights to optimise digital marketing efforts
Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and manage digital marketing budgets, allocating funds to different channels and campaigns based on performance and goals
Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of the curve
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital strategies with overall business objectives
Provide strategic recommendations for improving the user experience, website performance, and online conversion rates
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing tools, technologies, and best practices
Track and report on digital marketing performance, presenting findings to stakeholders and senior management
Provide ad hoc support to the team and fulfil additional tasks as directed by the manager
To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing, Communication, Marketing, or related fields. A Master's degree is a plus
Proven experience in senior digital marketing roles with a focus on strategy development and implementation
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
Proficient in digital analytics tools and platforms to track and measure performance
Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively present digital strategies to stakeholders
Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and industry best practices
Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and campaign management tools
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative digital strategies
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Analytics, and other relevant digital marketing tools
Passion for staying ahead of digital trends and continuous learning in the digital marketing field
