Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with shipper or receive booking from shipper.
Confirm and Check selling rates availability through system or with the relevant Salesperson.
Check sailing schedule and availability with the carrier.
Verify shipping term and arrange the shipment accordingly.
Request Booking with the carrier and receive Booking Confirmation from the Carrier
Release Booking Confirmation to shipper, proceed E2K entry of shipment information.
Submit SI to carrier. Issue draft BL to shipper.
Check all the documents carefully.
Keep track/ trace and update system timely.
Ensure the cost are contain, negotiate with vendor for any extra charges incurred and ensure that there is a Margin against the sell rate.
Ensure Billing are accurate and no error.
Other tasks as assigned by management team.
Work Experience / Education:
University Graduation in related field.
Having experience (1-2 years) in freight forwarding.
Good computer literacy
Good oral & written communication skill in Vietnamese & English
Have teamwork attitude & problem-solving skills
Able to work under pressure
Diligent, detail oriented
