Responsibilities
1/Talent Acquisition:
Handle end to end recruitment activities for GHN Back Office Departments (Non-Tech).
Work closely with Head Department/Hiring Manager to analyze recruitment requirements and propose suitable plans aligned with Business Needs.
Attract talents and develop talent pipeline through channels: job posting, networking, headhunting, etc.
Screen and select candidates according to job requirements. Join an interview with Head Department/Hiring Manager. Consult about salary and range for Department Head.
Follow and support new employee onboarding process.
2/HR Business Partner:
Become a contact point to advise/consult to Business Managers/stakeholders all HR activities.
Proceed the cases for Promotion/Transfer accordingly, implement all salary and bonus policies as approval.
Manage the resignation process, analysis data and provide the solution to control the turnover rate.
Coordinate with HR Functionals such as EB, Total Rewards, SHE, CnB, LnD... to deploy the HR plans/programs to all Managers/Employees.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Having at least 1 year of working experience in HRBP/TABP roles or Recruitment consultant at headhunt agencies.
Proven track record of successfully leading recruitment initiatives and achieving hiring targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
