DUTIES
& RESPONSIBILITIES
-Build good client rapport
-Submit agency work and get client approval
-Present and persuade client to approve social and tactical plan
-Exercise quality control over deliverables to achieve client's
satisfaction.
-Send effective and actionable email communication to client and
internal teams
-Meeting recaps, contact reports,
status reports, follow up
-Provide innovative content format solutions
-Coordinate with Creative, Design and Interactive team for digital
production.
-Provide promoting channels mix.
-Negotiate and manage KOLs
-Develop media plan.
-Follow up and follow through all required project-related
paperwork.
-Conduct briefing session for social and tactical plan.
-Create, align, and manage production and campaign timeline
-Manage campaign performance, keep track of KPIs delivery, alert
when there are signals of KPIs under-delivery.
-Produce campaign reports with frequency as aligned with client.
-Achieve assigned business KPI x Escalate issues to supervisor
whenever it's necessary and back up Social Specialist during his/ her absence.

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
-At least 2 years of experience in Digital and Social Marketing
-Content writing experience
-Good interpersonal and analytic thinking skill, result-oriented.
-Fluent in English.
-Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
