ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Leader who will work in partnership with Business Heads & HRBP, EB teams to build, implement and develop DATA-DRIVEN TALENT ACQUISITION STRATEGY to achieve BUSINESS OBJECTIVE of YOUNET GROUP. In this role, you will contribute your TA expertise, use data to guide your work, add value to business needs, and impact how work is done. As part of our HR Department, you will continue to focus on INNOVATION, OWNERSHIP and on the EMPLOYEE & CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE at YouNet Group.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Planning
Contribute and manage TA action plan to ensure talent pipeline for long-term hiring needs
Coordinate with EB Team to implement EB action plan to improve candidate experience
Recruitment
Build network & relationship with Manager level and under
Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle for Manager job level and under to ensure hiring needs
People Consulting
Advise Hiring Manager as Manager level and under regarding talent insights, recruitment market (total rewards, industry trends...)
Advise Candidate as Manager level and under regarding company insights (products/services, career roadmap, culture...)
Team Management
Promote and be a role model of HR Department Culture build an inclusive workplace together
Find, grow and keep TA members to deliver effective, complete HR support
Contribute and manage Recruitment Cost

Report to: HR Director
Promotion: Can be promoted to Talent Acquisition Manager

QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Economics or a relevant degree
