Việc làm Designer

I.Job Purpose:

Formulate design concepts and presentation approaches, and direct workers engaged in art work, layout design, and copy writing for visual communications media, such as magazines, books, newspapers, and packaging.
Create good designs following the marketing/ creative briefs with the guidance from Assistant Design Manager and inputs from Communication Team.

II.Job accountabilities:

Understand the creative briefs
Come up with creative idea
Quick sketch to visualize the design before drafting
Prepare the draft design based on the agreed brief
Adaptable to feedbacks
Supervise the creation of artwork.
Review final layouts and suggest improvements if required
Prepare designs and check final artwork before sent to printing house
Ability to communicate effectively and work closely with other colleagues involved in the projects
Look for new ideas/ creatives through learning from the market, competition and trend...
Design scope includes:

Develop graphic designs for social media platforms like Facebook, Zalo, Tiktok.
Design for web-based and mobile applications.
POSM designs for promotions, product/ services launches, events, company activities, branding materials...
Develop decoration for new store opening
Support Head Of Creative / Creative team to develop new strategic concepts from time to time

III.Job Requirements:

Degree in Multi Media Design /Graphic Design/ UI & UX Design.
At least 1 year of experience in designing field.
Efficient with graphic software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator. Knowledge of using After Effects and Premier Pro as well as basic understanding of Photography, 3D is a plus.
Quick sketch is an advantage.
Experience in developing designs with inspiring text and graphics. Understand social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram...) and constantly update new trends. Knowledge of user interface designs for mobile apps and website.
Creative, well-organized, detail-oriented, multi-tasking, professional, patient, positive, team work and pro-active at all times.
Can work under pressure.
Willing to work overtime and during weekend. Able to work independently and possess a high level of responsibility and commitment.
