Junior Accountant (Billing)

JOB DESCRIPTION
The role
Collect and combine sales data from our platforms into one master file on a daily basis.
Work closely with the Customer Service team to correct customer information given and resolve customer queries and complaints about invoices.
Access to invoice software to issue and send invoices to end-users.
Check and update the data entered into the accounting system to ensure the accuracy of the issued invoices.
Other duties related to issuing invoices as assigned by the department head.
REQUIREMENTS
Who we look for - the ideal profile
A Degree in Accounting, Auditing, and Finance.
Commercial Acumen is preferred, especially for e-commerce retail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel spreadsheet. Familiar with Queries in Excel, SQL, Power BI is a plus.
Meticulous, organized and detail-oriented
Hardworking and proactive.
Effective communication and strong work ethic. Good in English is a plus.
Ability to work under tight deadlines, plan personal workload and delegate effectively.
Beyond hard skills, team player, collaborative, fun, passionate, entrepreneurial and eager to work in a young and fast-growing environment
