Primary objective
Will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.
Will also manage all SEM campaigns on Google and other channels in order to maximize ROI.
Optimizing copy and landing pages for search engine optimization.
Performing ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities.
Researching and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success
Key Activities
SEO Executive Responsibilities:
Conducting on-site and off-site analysis of web SEO competition.
Using google analytics to conduct performance reports regularly.
Creating high-quality SEO content.
Assisting with blog content.
Leading keyword research and optimization of content.
Keeping up to date with developments in SEM.
Update existing content to include more keywords.
Create quality content.
Research keyword trends.
Analyze site analytics to gauge which areas of the site have more traffic.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns (20%)
2. Creating high-quality SEO content (30%)
3. Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code (20%)
4. Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords (20%)
5. Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming (10%)

1. Marketing degree or related.
2. Extensive experience in SEO.
3. Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
4. Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
5. Strong experiences in SEO setting
6. In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, WebTrends...)
7. Ability to multitask.
PREFERRED SKILLS
1. Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
2. Team-Oriented, Goal-Oriented, Customer-Oriented
3. Full understanding of social media, digital ads & martech
4. Must be able to handle multiple projects at the same time
5. Problem Solving skills
6. Strong can-do spirit and open mindset.
7. Strong presentation / reporting skills
