Mô tả công việc
1. Manage e-commerce functions including:
Plan and execute monthly campaigns such as double days (11.11, 12.12), mid-month sales, and payday sales to achieve the campaign objectives.
Commercial planning: including assortment, sales planning, and promotion strategy (price/non-price related) for brands.
Merchandising: content marketing, onsite visibility, promotion marketing, and shopper engagement.
Operation: Manage the stock & report the weekly & monthly operations in detail
Media: Onsite and off-site traffic plans for shop-in-shop on E-Commerce platforms.
2. Manage and optimize eCommerce activities:
List new products, track KPIs & provide solutions.
Define pricing strategy.
Monthly voucher/ free shipping budget alignment.
Ensure the standard of e-commerce.
Work closely with KAMs of E-commerce platforms to ensure all visibilities are aired as visibility-calendar/ checklist.
3. Deliver KPIs of E-Commerce functions:
Sales delivery.
Manage the budget for promotion/campaign.
Forecast the stock & ensure the inventory.
Ensure brand' reputation.
Report the performance weekly & monthly.
Yêu cầu
Qualification and experience:
At least 3+ years of proven experience in the E-commerce industry (Lazada, Shopee...)
English: conversational / business level.
Computing: MS Office tools (especially Excel).
Good understanding of E-commerce platforms
Creative thinking and conversion optimization content E-commerce experience
The ability to start working immediately is a big plus.
Personal skills and attributes:
Office skills: computing, emailing, using office equipment.
Good task and time management.
Having a supporting mind, and attention to detail.
Ability to monitor, and maintain workload.
