Job description detail
I. JOB BRIEF:
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to oversee our growing E-commerce platforms. You will be in charge of all other marketing activities excluding paid advertising. This position requires someone who is strong in creative thinking, communication, execution, well organized and competent in collecting and analyzing data of various marketing activities for both reporting and strategy improvement.

III. DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:
Strategic Planning
- Ownership of marketing strategy, campaign planning, calendar and project management of all marketing activities
- Develop and execute innovative and data-driven marketing strategies to achieve business
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the fashion ecommerce
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business
Campaign Planning & Trade
- Oversee the planning and preparation of the promotional calendar, promotion schemes and trade marketing including estimated revenue uplifts and projections
- Coordinate with both performance marketing manager and ecommerce team
- Manage all steps involved in trade marketing preparation from planning, procurement, campaign implementation and execution
- Work with creative teams to prepare all necessary visuals
- Provide a detailed follow up report, collect data and work with performance team to analyze effectiveness and areas for improvement
Brand Awareness
- Full ownership on the brand development and above the line campaigns
- Develop an annual branding calendar with breakdown of activities
- Coordinate with Media team on KOL and celebrity collaborations
- Manage the implementation of branding campaigns including video production, events
- Implement a comprehensive PR strategy
- Provide a monthly report on branding performance along with recommendations for areas of improvement
Social Media & Content
- Prepare a monthly social media and content calendar to oversee the online presence of the ecommerce platforms
- Coordinate with service providers in content development in alignment with brand image and standards
- Research social media platforms and content trends to propose strategies for improvement, channel expansion and fan page growth
- Collect data and update a monthly social media report with key performance highlights
Collaboration & Partnerships
- Develop and implement a partnership strategy for our ecommerce and mobile app shopping platforms with potential organizations
- Ownership on the outreach, follow up and establishment of partnerships
- Coordinate with Ecommerce team on partnership mechanics, budget and timelines
- Focus on a long term partnership strategy with annual partnership calendar
- Collect data and provide a monthly report on partnership performance with recommendations on areas for improvement
SEO & Content
- Oversee the SEO and organic traffic growth strategy for the E-commerce platforms
- Work with service providers on the management and implementation of organic traffic growth strategies
- Collect data and provide regular reports on traffic growth, along with recommendations for improvements
Utilize Google analytics and tracking software to measure customer acquisition, conversion and revenue attributed to organic traffic sources
Required experience/ Skill detail
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree major in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years' experience in marketing, content and communications
- Experience in media production
- Experience in marketing campaign execution
- A creative mindset and understanding of fashion selection is strongly
- Strong project management and organization skills
