The position of Customer Support will be responsible for supporting the operations and logistics duties of the B2B Customer Success management activities. There are instructions and templates for each task to follow and will be assigned by the Customer Success Manager and the Account Manager.
1. What you'll be doing:
ELSA Application + Dashboard:
Create and redeem code
Check code status on Excel and OPS platform
Set up Dashboard accounts
Replace accounts information
Affiliate program:
Create voucher code on ELSA Admin platform
Create Affiliate/Influencer link
Create revenue tracking file
Input data, create manuals/documents with provided information and instructions
Support some paperwork as per request
2. What do you need:
3rd year or last year student in Business Administration, International Business major or having experience in Customer Service.
Service mindset, and Detailed Oriented
Good English skills, especially speaking and writing
Good at computer skills such as Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Office.
Good communication skills
Can work full time (Or at least 3 days/week) and in 4 months. (Working time: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM; Monday to Friday)
