Job decription:
Be responsible of end-to-end planning process from bean to cup for Highland coffee and act as a key business partner between supply chain and business stakeholders (MKT, Ops, Fin, Expansion...)
Supply Planning:
Work out supply planning for raw material and packaging materials
Work with team to advise the optimal safety stock
Follow up supply plan and control
Inventory:
Monitor stock health and ensure inventory meet target and maximize service level
Report:
Daily tracking dashboard
Monthly forecast accuracy
Monthly inventory report
PO fulfilment rate
Job requirements:
Education/ Training Qualifications
Bachelor of supply chain management, industrial engineering.
APICs certified is a plus.
