Cross-check and manage all employee data and monthly headcount fluctuations (additions, terminations, and contribution rate adjustments) to ensure full, accurate, and timely statutory insurance payments (SI, HI, UI).
Supervise and process statutory benefit claims (sick leave, maternity leave, convalescence, occupational accidents).
Payroll Supervision & Operation:
Supervise, audit, and verify timekeeping data, overtime (OT), allowances, commissions, bonuses, and deductions.
Directly execute/audit monthly payroll processing to guarantee 100% accuracy prior to submitting for Management/Board approval.
Review and directly handle monthly/quarterly/annual PIT returns and tax finalization for employees (both local employees and Expats).
HRIS Implementation & Operation:
Serve as a Key User in the deployment, configuration, and UAT of HRIS modules
Review and standardize input data mapping, configure payroll/timekeeping logic, and test approval workflows to ensure seamless system operations and minimize operational risks.
Compliance Reporting & Authorities Relations:
Prepare and submit periodic/ad-hoc reports to DOLAB, Social Insurance Agencies, Tax Department, and Trade Unions (e.g., labor utilization reports, annual OT registration).
Be in charge of labor audits, social insurance inspections, or internal/external audits.
Perform other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned by Line Manager

WORKING TIME:
Service time: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday and Bi-Weekly Saturday.
REQUEST
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in C&B, with at least 1-2 years in a Senior/Supervisor or Team Lead capacity.
Hands-on experience in implementing or operating HRIS platforms (e.g., ZingHR, SAP, Oracle, FPT, Bravo).
In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law, Social Insurance, PIT Law, and relevant statutory guidelines.
Advanced Excel proficiency
Strong logical mindset, high attention to detail, strong risk control ability, and numerical precision.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and policy advisory skills to engage effectively with employees and departments.
Professional English proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
