WE NEED YOU:
- Social Insurance (SI/HI/UI Audit & Management):
- Cross-check and manage all employee data and monthly headcount fluctuations (additions, terminations, and contribution rate adjustments) to ensure full, accurate, and timely statutory insurance payments (SI, HI, UI).
- Supervise and process statutory benefit claims (sick leave, maternity leave, convalescence, occupational accidents).
- Payroll Supervision & Operation:
- Supervise, audit, and verify timekeeping data, overtime (OT), allowances, commissions, bonuses, and deductions.
- Directly execute/audit monthly payroll processing to guarantee 100% accuracy prior to submitting for Management/Board approval.
- Review and directly handle monthly/quarterly/annual PIT returns and tax finalization for employees (both local employees and Expats).
- HRIS Implementation & Operation:
- Serve as a Key User in the deployment, configuration, and UAT of HRIS modules
- Review and standardize input data mapping, configure payroll/timekeeping logic, and test approval workflows to ensure seamless system operations and minimize operational risks.
- Compliance Reporting & Authorities Relations:
- Prepare and submit periodic/ad-hoc reports to DOLAB, Social Insurance Agencies, Tax Department, and Trade Unions (e.g., labor utilization reports, annual OT registration).
- Be in charge of labor audits, social insurance inspections, or internal/external audits.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned by Line Manager
WORK LOCATION:
- 8th Floor, Scetpa Building, 19A Cong Hoa, Bay Hien Ward, HCMC
WORKING TIME:
- Service time: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday and Bi-Weekly Saturday.
REQUEST
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in C&B, with at least 1-2 years in a Senior/Supervisor or Team Lead capacity.
- Hands-on experience in implementing or operating HRIS platforms (e.g., ZingHR, SAP, Oracle, FPT, Bravo).
- In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law, Social Insurance, PIT Law, and relevant statutory guidelines.
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Strong logical mindset, high attention to detail, strong risk control ability, and numerical precision.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and policy advisory skills to engage effectively with employees and departments.
- Professional English proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
