[HCM] HR Intern

The HR Intern will perform a number of projects including:
Search high quality and potential fresh graduates for our job openings (Sales, Marketing...)
Post and maintain job postings on University Forums, Career Websites, Facebook and LinkedIn for fresh graduates
Organize career talks at Universities
Assist in scheduling and organizing career events at Universities
Update University contact list as needed
Assist in screening fresh graduate candidates via in- person and phone interviews
Coordinate and schedule interviews with appropriate Hiring Managers
Follow up and document hiring manager's feedback on fresh graduate interviews
Assist in conducting fresh graduate orientation and help manage fresh graduate on-boarding paperwork
Various Human Resources Ad Hoc projects
