I. JOB BRIEF:
The SAP Functional Lead: This position has a main role: Manage and supervise one of the small groups of the main functions of the IT department (ERP). This team is mainly responsible for the research, development, configuration, and support of the ERP system according to the modules of FICO, MM, SD, and WMS.
II. DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Operate daily functional support team under FI-CO SD MM WMS module of ERP and directly support FICO / SD module of ERP (Analyze requirements, suggest solutions, Configure, Testing UAT, support after go-live)
2. Design, customize, configure and test FICO / SD
3. Documentation of functional designs, test cases and results.
4. Participating in the project with the main role of technical support for ERP under the modules FI-CO MM SD
5. Support project inspection and implementation and take care after implementation.
6. Support user training if needed during project implementation
7. Research and propose business / technical solutions to improve ERP related productivity / performance
8. Advising other departments on ERP technology / solutions / processes related to ERP
9. Supervise, train, and develop the team members to optimize resources to achieve department goals. Directly train users of other departments of the Company according to the general plan of the IT Department (if necessary)
10. The role of back up staff to support Module MM
11. Periodically report on current status, development and risks on FICO, MM, SD, WMS modules of ERP system
12. Perform other jobs as assigned by the ERP Manager, IT Director.

1. Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Systems with at least 4 years of IT experience.
2. Have knowledge and experience in implementing SAP with FICO module.
3. Have knowledge of the financial and accounting system of the business.
4. Manage and ensure the accuracy of SD, MM, WMS, FICO, Master data and ensure smooth, integrated operation.
5. Experience in required development, testing and training.
6. High skills in configuration and design
7. Have team leadership skills, project management skills, time management skills, and problem solving skills.
8. Active and creative, able to work independently and in groups.
9. Interpersonal communication skills such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.
10. Strong in business analysis to provide good ERP solutions for business needs.
11. Ability to work independently and work directly with the Board of Directors.
12. Good oral and written English communication skills.
13. Be proactive and open. Service mindset.
14. Work well under high pressure and on time.
15. Love technology, being able to adapt and learn new technologies quickly.
