WHAT YOU WILL DO ?

Starting from our 2030 vision of becoming "the most inspiring global F&B brand because of the happiness we spread from people to the world", we believe that "Innovation" inspires people to believe in the future and make 'impossible to possible',

This position reports directly to the Head of Tech and will lead and develop our inhouse team and outsource vendors to maintain and support our digital services to internal partners as well as external guests.

HOW YOU WILL DO IT ?

Leads development and implementation processes for the organizations IT systems
Develops and implements business continuity protocols to minimize disruption to business operations in the event of emergency situations or data loss.
Establishes efficiency and efficacy standards, providing recommendations for improvement of IT infrastructure.
Oversees security of systems, networks, and enterprise information.
Develops and maintains relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.
Help build a strong technical roadmap that includes using cloud infrastructure, PaaS fabric, modern development practices, languages, tools, and framework selection;
Perform analysis on ad hoc requests and projects.

WHO YOU ARE ?

10+ years of experience developing architectural solutions at scale in high-velocity environments;
Be able to demonstrate strong people and technical leadership skills
Be a strong problem-solver with excellent communication and analytical skills, and have the ability to learn quickly and start fast;
Action oriented and highly focused on experimentations.
