Job responsibilities:
- Implement PB business plan and ensure plan remains on track, which meet the annual plan of sales and profit contribution ;
- Ensure every product and range is launched successfully. Ensure product has aligned with Price strategy. Pricing is competitive vs competitor brands;
- Ensure to have effective cost. Ensure the products have effective approach customer;
- Create packaging to make brand identification. Ensure the products have an engaging and consistent design;
- Ensure all products meet the quality needs required by Topvalu to ensure customer experience is met. Ensure all products comply with Vietnamese law.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in economic, business administration or equivalent qualifications;
- At least 3-year experience in retail with the same category
- Experience in Quality assurance & Quality control;
Preferred Skill:
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English languages (both written and oral);
- Computer literacy: word, excel, power point;
- Acknowledge of the relevant laws and regulation;
- Good communication, coordinating with other persons, departments to complete a job;
- Self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under pressure.
Working Location: Aeon Head Quarter, 30 Tan Thang, Son Ky Ward, Tan Phu District, HCMC
