JOB DESCRIPTION
Admin (90%):
Be responsible for making all booking (including weekly food and drink, stationery for office, air ticket/ hotel booking for business trips, venue booking, uniform and name card for employee, gift for employee in special day/events/activities,...)
Manage and follow the delivery for the company or per regular request
Assist in planning and executing the internal events: company trip, year - end party, happy hour program, monthly birthday party for employees.
Support other functional teams in building their team's events if needed
Other (10%):
Arrange the interview schedule including check time of candidates and hiring manager, send email invitation to set interview appointment, follow and support candidate in the interview process at Hiip
Support in sourcing and attracting candidates by using database, social media and other various channels
Support in onboarding and performance review of employee, resignation of employee (prepare related materials, set up meeting, follow all the process)
Listen and get feedback from employees
