Responsibilities
- Provide additional operational support as needed, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of the TSP team.
- Assist in the development and execution of strategies to expand TSP's coverage.
- Be involved in data analysis, reporting and data entry work; helping to derive insights from TSP activities, helping to inform strategic decisions and refine
business development strategies.
- Assist in building and maintaining a shared knowledge base for the TSP, including frequently asked questions (FAQs) and updates to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with team members to compile valuable insights and best practices for continuous improvement.

- Actively enrolled University student
- Have a proactive attitude. Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and contributing to business development initiatives. Take initiative in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Be a team player. Able to collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive and dynamic team environment. Display a strong willingness to assist in various tasks to support team goals.
- Tech-savvy. Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for research, communication, and data analysis. Willing to learn and apply new technologies to enhance business development efforts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Chinese language with HSK-5 as intern will be dealing with CN Speaking TSPs.
- Adaptable and thrive in a dynamic and evolving business environment. Adapt quickly to changes and demonstrate flexibility in tasks and responsibilities.
- Have great communication skills. Able to effectively convey ideas and insights, and also comfortably engage with potential clients through various communication channels.
- Possess strong research/analytical skills; with the ability to gather and analyze information from various sources, translate research findings into actionable strategies.
