Responsibilities
Provide additional operational support as needed, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of the TSP team.
Assist in the development and execution of strategies to expand TSP's coverage.
Be involved in data analysis, reporting and data entry work; helping to derive insights from TSP activities, helping to inform strategic decisions and refine business development strategies.
Assist in building and maintaining a shared knowledge base for the TSP, including frequently asked questions (FAQs) and updates to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Collaborate with team members to compile valuable insights and best practices for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Actively enrolled University student
Have a proactive attitude. Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and contributing to business development initiatives. Take initiative in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Be a team player. Able to collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive and dynamic team environment. Display a strong willingness to assist in various tasks to support team goals.
Tech-savvy. Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for research, communication, and data analysis. Willing to learn and apply new technologies to enhance business development efforts.
Preferred Qualifications
Chinese language with HSK-5 as intern will be dealing with CN Speaking TSPs.
Adaptable and thrive in a dynamic and evolving business environment. Adapt quickly to changes and demonstrate flexibility in tasks and responsibilities.
Have great communication skills. Able to effectively convey ideas and insights, and also comfortably engage with potential clients through various communication channels.
Possess strong research/analytical skills; with the ability to gather and analyze information from various sources, translate research findings into actionable strategies.
