JD:
1. Foreign employees services
Coordinate with Recruitment Team for immigration issues preparation.
In charge of visa, temporary resident cards, work permit procedures, including new work permit application, follow up with the work permit expiration and remind for the preparation and support with the renewal procedures.
Provide instructions when foreign employees first come to work on the Companies' policies on work permit, visa and other related immigration issues in Vietnam.
2. Payroll
Responsible for the entire payroll process, statutory compliance & disbursement of salary on time
Validate the financial monthly report.
Support on processing the tax declaration.
Manage the healthcare insurance for employees and dependents
Develop communication materials related to benefits coverage, limits and eligibility for better understanding of their benefits package.
3. HR Administration works
Collect relevant employment documents and ensure that personnel files are well kept.
Prepare employment contracts. Ensure that annual contracts are issued on time with no legal exposure.
Prepare reports as required by local authorities concerned (DOET, DOLISA, Immigration Department, etc.).
4. Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
Job requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR/ Business Administration/ English/ Economics/ Finance and relevant.
At least 2 years of experience in HR and 1 year experience in visa, work permit procedures
Sound understanding and knowledge of Labour law, PIT law, HR best practices.
Familiar with working process for foreign employees is the plus.
High sense of responsibility in confidential matters.
Bilingual in English and Vietnamese to facilitate cross-border discussions and collaborations across stakeholders.
Microsoft Office applications.
