Partnership Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and secure strategic partners that align with Shopee's campaign, product, and user acquisition/retention objectives.
Business Model Structuring: Propose and structure deal models that deliver win-win outcomes, balancing user value, business impact, and partner ROI.
Negotiation & Stakeholder Alignment: Support deal negotiations, collaborating with both internal stakeholders and external partners to align on deliverables, KPIs, and timelines.
Contract Facilitation: Coordinate closely with Legal and Finance teams to draft, review, and finalize partnership contracts, ensuring compliance and clarity of obligations.
Partner Integration: Oversee the end-to-end process of integrating partners into Shopee's product or tech workflows, including offer setup, system alignment, and operational readiness.
Marketing Integration: Collaborate with marketing teams to co-develop campaign plans with partners across online and offline channels, ensuring brand alignment and impactful execution.
Project Execution & Tracking: Monitor project timelines, track deliverables, and ensure smooth execution and issue resolution across internal departments.
Reporting & Optimization: Document project outcomes, analyze performance, and share learnings to improve future partnerships and integration processes.
Yêu cầu công việc:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
Relevant experience in strategic partnerships,
business development, marketing strategy, or commercial roles.
Experienced in marketing campaigns, preferably in partnership marketing campaigns.
Decent analytical capabilities and critical thinking for evaluating deal and/or campaign effectiveness.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and coordination skills.
Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple partnerships simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with solid understanding of deal components-legal, financial, operational.
Good command of English.
Proficient in google suites products.
