Responsibility
Identifying and collaborating with key stakeholders to develop automated solutions and enhancements, particularly within our Tiki Trading retail business
Creating and maintaining reporting systems and dashboards to track business performance
Providing valuable business insights through detailed analysis and a deep understanding of key drivers and market dynamics
Driving efficiency and scalability through the utilization of advanced data analytics tools such as BigQuery, R, or Python
Proactively understanding the needs of the business and proposing effective solutions
Connecting and coordinating with stakeholders across Operations, Growth, Marketing, Tech, and Category to deliver proposed solutions
Analyzing complex data from multiple sources and offering recommendations to support business cases
Taking the lead in initiating and managing proposed projects
Key qualification
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate, analyze, and present data effectively
Practical and proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
Creative thinking abilities to identify opportunities for optimizing and enhancing existing processes, enabling scalability
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with teamwork capabilities
Positive energy and attitude, coupled with a passion for ecommerce
Ability to manage multiple projects with varying priorities and consistently deliver in a timely manner.
Willingness to go beyond predefined scopes of work and take on additional responsibilities to enhance personal growth

Proficiency in SQL, office suites, and visualization tools
Practical knowledge and experience in analytics languages such as Python and/or R is highly desirable
