MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and driving quality hires in a timely manner
Build healthy and innovative sourcing channels and talent pipelines, not limited to market talent mapping and maintaining a network of high-potential candidates for proactive hiring
Be a trusted partner and advisor to hiring managers on their manpower needs and the hiring process
Support all necessary administration relating to the hiring process.
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
0 - 2 years of experience in in-house Talent Acquisition, HR, recruitment or related fields. Recruitment and sourcing expertise preferred, but not required.
Passionate about people and recruitment
Target-driven, but with a focus on quality
Adaptable and able to learn quickly
Agile and versatile; able to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
A team player, but also a self-starter; able to work independently but also collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
A persuasive and confident communicator
Good command of both English and Vietnamese (conversational and written)
